My platelets jumped from 75 to 185 over the last week! So, I started chemo round 7 today and will finish on Wednesday. It seemed kind of weird this week to pray for platelets and to pray to be able to have chemo - in essence praying that I would be able to be sick all week! But, it feels really good to know that after this week I only have one more treatment to go!! Thank you so much for praying with me.
All the usual side effects are back. The doctor said that my equilibrium issues are most likely due to one of my chemo drugs. He told me to be careful of policemen and to make sure that they give me a breath test if they stop me! LOL! Don't worry, it doesn't really effect my driving!

Yep, never thought I would be praying for you to GET chemo...yuck! Oh the end of this cancer treatment black tunnel is soooo close!

I just want to tell you that I heard of your story and I pray for you and We as my family know your struggle. My son Asthon who is 3 is fighting leukemia. Him too, has had to wait the months to do he's round of chemo. Its funny but his dad and i would pray and pray and my grandmother who is our prayer worrior, for his platlests and white blood cells to come back up to do chemo. Because then it would mean the closer we are to ending that round and back in the ring for another. So glad to hear god is with you and fighting it too!

Praise God for that dramatic increase in platelets! So glad you were able to get your treatment this week!
